Contract or reactive

Both arrangements are available, and the right one depends on how critical the equipment is rather than how much support you expect to require.

Reactive suits sites with in-house engineering depth that occasionally need a specialist for a specific machine.

Fixed term suits sites running equipment the original manufacturer no longer supports, or running through a period (a rebuild, a new product introduction, a plant relocation) where the demand is predictable.

Inventory control

Technician work is backed by our MRP system, giving live parts status and tracking, QR and barcode marking, and a bespoke suite of reports. Software development is carried out in-house, so the reporting reflects how the work is actually processed rather than what an off-the-shelf package assumes.
