Filter making

We build new and rebuild existing machinery for producing filters, from development and pilot quantities through to commercial production volumes.

Various shapes, diameters, lengths and densities can be accounted for and in some cases adjusted without format parts.

Machines are modular, so a line can be extended or reconfigured as a product moves from trials into volume, rather than replaced.

Material choice is often driven by factors outside the process itself, such as acceptance in a target market, end-of-life requirements, ESG or what the element must contact. All filter rod formats run on the same base platform albeit with unique machine modules.

Applications

Filter and absorbent elements are used widely in life sciences and nicotine sectors. When required to be produced consistently and repeatably, the same machinery principles apply. We build to the requirement rather than supplying a fixed product, so a format specific to your sector can be reviewed and catered for.
