Modelling before manufacture
Simulating motion and loading before commencing manufacture is the most cost-effective place to identify a problem. Cycle time, collision, torque demand and structural deflection are all resolved in the model, so what reaches the shop floor is a design that has already been engineered.
Working with your standards
Where a customer has an established engineering standard (a preferred control platform, a drawing convention, a documentation format) we build to it rather than imposing ours. Exportable 3D models mean your own team can drop our equipment into a wider line layout without relying upon us.
