We are deliberately platform-agnostic. A site that already runs one PLC family and has trained maintenance staff around it should not be handed a machine on a different platform without a compelling reason.

Control system conversion

Replacing an obsolete control system is one of the highest-return upgrades available on an otherwise sound machine. It re-establishes supportability, often improves performance, and eliminates the risk of obsolescence related line outages.

Conversions are routinely carried out as part of a rebuild, since the machine is already stripped and the wiring accessible.

Electronics

Printed circuit board design is carried out in-house, which matters when a machine needs a bespoke interface or a legacy board is no longer manufactured. We continuously implement current technologies rather than defaulting to what has been specified previously.
