Consolidated supply

Most production sites procure spares from a range of suppliers, increasing administration costs. A consolidated offering provides wear parts, format parts, consumables and assemblies through one channel, one lead time and one quality standard.

Customer stockholding

We hold parts on behalf of customers against agreed minimum levels, managed through our MRP system with live parts status and tracking. For production-critical items this converts an unplanned outage into a despatch.

When the part no longer exists

Where an original supplier has discontinued a part, we can reverse engineer and manufacture it from your sample, measured on our metrology equipment, machined in-house, and inspected against the reconstructed model before despatch.
