How a project progresses

• Requirement capture: we work with your process and production engineers to write or review a specification.
• Concept and feasibility: outline design, cycle time modelling and a costed proposal, including FMEA to identify areas of risk.
• Proof of application: if required, undertake design and manufacture of hardware to confirm POA of high risk processes.
• Detailed design: mechanical, electrical and controls design, with design reviews at agreed hold points.
• Manufacture and build: machining, fabrication, assembly and wiring at our facility in Somerset.
• Factory acceptance testing: proven against agreed acceptance criteria, with your presence.
• Installation and commissioning: site installation, site acceptance testing, operator and maintenance training.

Documentation

Machinery is supplied with, risk assessment, CE certification and documentation as applicable, including operating and technical manuals. For pharmaceutical and life sciences customers we can support the qualification activity your quality system requires.
