stamper-3dA newly developed tax stamper which has been sold in particular to customers where they require good flexibility with the size range of packs and stamp sizes that the machine can easily accommodate and tax stamp positions.
 
To enable the full flexibility for tax stamp positions we have incorporated a turret wheel which is used for enabling the tax stamp to be applied on the back only (position 1), on the back and side (position 2) on the side of the pack only (position 3) and around the top/end including front and back (position 4).

Specification

  • Tax stamp application head mounted on horizontal and vertical linear slides with hand wheels / positional indicators with pneumatic locks to facilitate positional adjustment
  • First fold with ‘pressure pad’ to ensure adhesion
  • Pneumatic packet rejection
  • Stamp magazines and turret wheel assemblies ‘quick release’ to facilitate size changes
  • Sensor to detect stamp edge
  • HHS adhesive system controller to enable adjustment of glue dots
  • Servo motor and drive for the tax stamp application head
  • Special infeed conveyor with pack orientation devices to enable up to four tax stamp application positions
  • Machinery painted in accordance with colour specification to be advised
  • Product flow ‘left to right’ from operator position as standard with the option of ‘right to left’ if required
